Guide to NYC Breweries: Where to Drink Craft Beer in Queens, Brooklyn + Beyond

Hey guys! So Si and I are making it our mission this summer to get to as many NYC breweries as possible. We’ll be updating this guide so you can check some of them out for yourself!

NYC breweries

Queens, NYC Breweries

Fifth Hammer

  • Location: 10-28 46th Ave, Long Island City

Fifth Hammer has a spacious tap room which we’ve been to a couple of times now.  They have a great rotating line up of tap and canned beers from ales and stouts to sours and lagers.

Food on offer :

They typically have a food truck parked outside the brewery in case you get hungry, but DM them to make sure as this isn’t always the case!

We love when Groundlings Pizza is there – their pizza dough cooked to perfection is some of the best in NYC!

Torch and Crown

  • Location: 12 Vandam St, New York, NY 10013

This is Manhattan’s only production brewery and restaurant. The space is  located in Soho and is  a whopping 9,000 square ft. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating making it a great options for groups.

They also have a beer pick up window or delivery service for their cans and the Spring Street ‘E’ stop is located on it’s doorstep, making trying out Torch & Crown brews that much easier.

Food on offer :

They offer a full menu from their kitchen with bar snacks, sandwiches and mains. We had the fried chicken sandwich for $18 which came on a quality bun and topped with a nice spicy. It also came with a good portion of crispy fries.

What to order :

We tried the kolsh and the sour and we both had another round of the same so we definitely liked what we tasted!
